Straight push disc brake

In 2009,PSK developed the disc brake with the structure of pushing caliper.There varies of service calipers and emergency calipers.The brakes with the features of simple mechanism,few moving parts,short response time,high reliability,less easyworn parts,simple maintenance and large braking force.At present,PSK has already provided the pushing caliper brakes to the customers at home and abroad.

In order to adapt to the development of dilling,PSK also began to provide the users the configuration of anti-lock brake control system,preventing excessive shock and vibration during the braking process and greatly improving the safety and reliability of braking process.

Several types of drillers with pushing calipers:

1)The 7,000 rig with pushing caliper hydraulic brake is configurated with 2 discs,4 service calipers and 2 emergency calipers.

2)The 9,000 rig with pushing caliper hydraulic brake is configurated with 2 discs,2 service calipers and 2 emergency

3)The DB-9000 rig with the pushing caliper structure brake system.is just configurated with 2 emergency calipers and 1 disc.

4)The hydraulic power unitof the new disc brake,with compact structure and small volume.Pressure range:P=13~18Mpa.
