Accuracy and reliability
The philosophy of our design is to ensure measuring accuracy of gas-meter for long term operation. The key parts which influence the measuring accuracy of CGL1.6, CGL2.5 gas-meters are all made-up of imported stuff processed by special technology. The electronic counter uses the sensor with double-proof and double-counting techniques to ensure the validity and accuracy of each pulse equivalent even in many years.
The application of the anti-disassembly is very important in use of IC card intelligent gas-meters. Multi-disassembly-proof barrier are set by means of mechanical and electronic mode in design of CGL1.6, CGL2.5 gas-meters to effectively protect gas-meter in use from destroy purpose.
The controller adopts highly integrated circuit with multi-encrypting or random coding mode to anti-copy and anti-decode
Ultra-low power consumption design for controller
High performance CPU with low working consumption is used for key parts of controller. With low working consumption hardware of circuit and software design, the static working consumption of the whole meter will be lower than 10 microampere. 3 alkaline batteries are enough to run for more than 12 months.
Powerful self-diagnosis and protection function
1.Power supply voltage monitoring and automatically shut down if under-voltage

4.Anti-disassembly function. The information recorded in memorizer of gas-meter can automatically be fed back through user's card if disassembly occurs without permission
5.Over flow protection. The valve can automatically be shut down if a gas flood happens or other accident.
6.Residual gas can often be displayed in LCD. The states of gas-meter can be clear at a glance by key-press function
7.Unique gas leak detection alarm and automatically cut off the gas source in case of leaking
